Champtier ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Weber Content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our sports trivia application.
The only personal information we collect is what you provide directly to us:
When you create an account: Email address (for login and password recovery), Username (displayed on leaderboards), Profile information like bio and avatar (optional).
When you play: Game scores, play dates, and statistics (games played, best score, streaks, achievements).
This is the complete list. We do not collect any information beyond what is listed above.
Our application and database do not collect or store your IP address, device information, browser type, or location data.
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) automatically log IP addresses for security purposes. These logs are managed by the providers, not accessible to us, and automatically deleted within 30 days.
To provide and maintain your account, display your username and scores on public leaderboards, track your game statistics, and send password reset emails when requested.
Your username, bio, avatar, game statistics, and leaderboard rankings are publicly visible. Your email address is never publicly displayed.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time. Contact us at champtier@outlook.com for assistance.
Champtier is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, we will delete the account and associated data (email, username, scores) as quickly as possible. By accessing or using Champtier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application. Champtier is operated by Weber Content.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Champtier. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account.
You agree not to: use offensive or misleading usernames, post inappropriate content, manipulate scores or leaderboards, use bots or automated tools, interfere with the service, access other users' accounts, or violate any laws.
Our Content: All questions, game design, branding, and code are owned by Weber Content. You may not copy or distribute without permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your username and bio. By submitting, you grant us a license to display it publicly.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice. You may delete your account by contacting us.
Champtier is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weber Content is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
